Our tastefully decorated six guest rooms are comfortably furnished with queen beds, ensuite bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, desks, reading lamps, iron and ironing boards, indvidual reverse cycle air conditioning, digital TV with inbuilt DVD, radio, and wireless broadband availability.   Fold down beds are available for children. 
 
A delicious, freshly prepared breakfast is served daily if required.
 
Tea and coffee making facilities and drink fridges are accessible to each room.
 
All rooms have access to open verandahs and there is a guest lounge with open fireplace, TV, DVD and CD player.
 
We have four rooms upstairs and two downstairs.  Please specify if you require a downstairs room.
 
Limited secure parking is available which requires a degree of co-operation by guests.  Otherwise street parking is readily available.
 
Smoking is restricuted to verandahs and outdoor areas.
 
We require a two night minimum booking for long weekends and three night minimum for Easter.
